History of FUSION Leadership Group

We are a faith-based non-profit organization that seeks to encourage and equip women and men to lead themselves, their families, their communities, and their countries. Effective, God-centered leadership is a transformation force.

FUSION was started by Amy Travis in 2014 to provide leadership training and resources to women in the Saxonburg community. That vision grew into the FUSION Leadership Group in 2017. Her focus is to help individuals fuse the realities of everyday life with the Ultimate Reality, Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through the application of leadership principles because this requires ACTION and produces RESULTS. When so many things are outside of our direct control, our personal growth is  one we can control.

Amy is a licensed minister and holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership. She has been married to Perry for over 31 years and has two adult children (Nate, 26 and Valerie, 25) and one teenager (Nick, 17) still at home.

For more information about FUSION and the fantastic team of women who make it possible, please visit our FUSION Women and Events pages.
